Items are shipped from this beautiful small coastal art colony in the Northeastern side of Brazil. Shipping from paradise can take a little longer to get to you and unfortunately, there is no expedite shipping from paradise.
We ship our pieces within 3 days after receiving the payment confirmation and past experience says the items will
get to you approximately 2 weeks from the shipping date.
The scarves are packed in a plastic sleeve, which then is wrapped in tissue and enclosed in a regular size envelope. This is done because it keeps your shipping costs low. If you would rather have the scarf sent in a box (gift wrapped
or not), please let us know. We will contact you with the shipping costs ASAP.
Exchanges and Returns
As usual in the handmade business, each item is different and colors are very hard to represent in the computer. Also, in silk painting, small variations of color within one piece are not only acceptable but valued as a proof of the hand dyed, one of a kind nature of the piece.
That been said, it is very important to us you are delighted with your purchase. We will refund the cost of any piece, no questions asked. Please let us know within 5 days of receiving the piece if you would like to return it.
If you have changed your mind about the item or the colors are not exactly what you expected, we will refund the item cost upon receiving the unworn item. Unfortunately, in this case we won’t be able to refund the shipping costs.
We take pride in the quality of our pieces and try our best to disclose anything that might be considered a flaw. If we have overlooked anything please let us know and we will fully refund the item and shipping costs, upon receiving it.
